When I decided to get in shape again, I knew I would need help this time. James Long came highly recommended by one of my colleagues so I decided to give him a try. Our first day was filled with diagnostic tests to "see where I am." We discussed long and short-term fitness goals, and he took measurements. The sessions began, and I soon realized I couldn't predict the workouts. I found the random workouts to be fun and always challenging. James is very keen on preventing overexertion. I have an ego, and rarely give up, but he always knows when to tell me to take it easy. His sessions start and end on time, which was very important for me, as I have a busy schedule.
When you work out with James, he will tell you his goal is for you to one day fire him, because you have met your goal. I am happy to say that I have fired him!! He still checks in on me with encouraging words from time to time, and I am still using what he has taught me as I continue to increase my fitness! I highly recommend James whether you are a beginner, a seasoned athlete trying to get that competitive edge, or you used to be in shape and are trying to get back to your old self like me!"
